All guests must provide the following information 3 days before arrival: - Full name - Passport number - Nationality - Date of birth - Vietnam visa expiry date (if applicable) Upon check-in on board, guests are required to present a valid passport or ID. Children whose travel documents are attached to the parent's passport, must be accompanied by said parent. If you have any dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian), please inform the cruise before departure. Cruise itineraries and schedules are subject to change, dependent upon the weather and operating conditions. In case of bad weather on the departure date, the cruise will be canceled by Halong Bay Local Port Authority. Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Ha Long and from Ha Long back to Hanoi. Please contact the cruise office directly for more details about transportation price, time and pick-up point. Contact details can be found on the email booking confirmation. For car pick-up service, guests must provide address for pick-up at least 1 day before departure.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
