Accoglienza cordiale. Zona tranquilla nel villaggio di Storm River vicino a negozietti, bar, ristoranti e SPA.

Solo un consiglio per l’host che propone il servizio della colazione: è importante disporre anche di alimenti gluten free e lactose free, soprattutto se viene segnalato alla riservazione.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vorabinformation per WhatsApp und eine freundliche Begrüßung runden es ab. Wer Ruhe und etwas Abgeschiedenheit mag, ist in diesem Ort genau richtig.

Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht so wirklich sauber gewesen. Abflussdeckel in der Dusche lagen nicht korrekt auf, Haare von anderen Gästen lagen noch im Bad. In Gänze war es zwar schon sauber aber nicht so, dass man völlig zufrieden ist.

I loved the location and the friendly staff. It was a very welcoming and family friendly atmosphere. The accomodation was also close to all amenities, with numerous restaurants in walking distance. The rooms were neat and clean and provided a comfortable stay.

The breakfast service could be better explained as we almost missed the lovely eggs, rostis and bacon that were on offer as our table did not have a menu or any instructions. There could also have been more toiletries like soap and shampoos in the bathroom. Additional instructions on how to use the TV could also be provided in the room.

"Hübsche Anlage für Selbstversorger mit Kindern"

Sehr hübsche Anlage mit den Cottages gruppiert um einen grossen Garten mit Pool, schöne grosse Terrassen und alles was man für Selbstversorger braucht, inkl. Küche. Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustüre. Gutes frisch zubereitetes englisches Frühstück, wobei die übrige Auswahl etwas üppiger sein könnte.

Die Ausstattung ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, speziell das Bad und die Küche sollte vielleicht einmal ein Facelift erfahren. Wozu eine riesige Badewanne, die kaum jemand nutzt, dafür kaum Platz für WC und Waschbecken.
