Hluhluwe Bush Camp

Ideal bushcamp location - quiet but only 15mins away from the shops in Hluhluwe and 30mins away from the gate for Hluhluwe & Imfolozi Park. Luxury tents fantastic with generous living space (inside and out) and well equipped kitchen. Farmstall shop / cafe and swimming pool is also on hand if needed. Lovely view over the nature reserve with a herd of Nyala and ideally orientated for sunrise.

Wifi signal at the tents was weak - but that was a good thing in our opinion. It was a very short walk to the cafe when we needed a reliable wifi signal. Shower was a little complex to operate but we soon get the knack for it (and the instructions do work). Bedrooms were a little tight on space but that wasn't a problem for us.

Breakfast was ok, location was perfect and safe

I did suggest that it would be nice if my wife had a mirror in her bedroom so that she doesn't hold up the bathroom for the rest of the family. A TV would be great so we could have watched the Sports or News, rather than driving out to watch Sport

The food was not up to our expectations. It shouldn't be an option to include breakfast and dinner because the menu is too limited and shallow.

The staff were very friendly and food in the restaurant was unbeliveable. I wont even take food of my own next time.

The food here is amazing. The ladies at the kitchen really out did themselves . The location was perfect and easy to find . There were alot of things to do in the area

You can kinda hear the other people in the other tents but I guess its due to the no noise pollution in the area

It’s a great glamping experience. You get everything you may need- braai area, kitchenette with gas stove and comfortable beds

What I loved about Hluhluwe Bush Camp was that it was absolutely perfect. They truly thought of everything to accommodate their guests. The place was exceptional—peaceful, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained.
