Hluhluwe Bush Camp

We loved how amazing it was, Carissa was welcoming and very professional. Our dinner was arranged and ready when we arrived. Our accommodation was clean and just what we needed. The pictures does not do the place justice. We were treated as if we were the only people there. There are creature comforts in the tent and the shower is perfect after a long day in the bush. Breakfast was amazing and a great start to the day. The little shop has everything you could need, in case you forgot something at home.

Noisy neighbours, which took away from the quiet tranquillity. But was managed well by Carissa.

We loved the location, the tranquility of the tents, the pristine condition of the facilities and the exceptional service and friendliness of staff.

Nothing!

The property was really neatly laid out. Plenty of trees and brush for really good birding. The pool area and farmhouse were also a really nice hidden gem.

There is nothing we didn’t enjoy about the property.

We really loved everything about Hluhluwe Bush Camp. From the pre-check in messages from Trienke to welcoming us at check-in, the breakfasts prepared by Nox and the exceptional cleanliness of tents, everything was amazing.

There is absolutely nothing we didn't like or enjoy.

We enjoyed the tent as it was spacious and had everything we needed for self-catering. We enjoyed the walk around the property and liked how easy it was to come and go. Great outdoor braai area.

The shower was not great. The tents are somewhat close together.

The tents were luxurious! The pool was a bonus and necessary even in winter. The loop was great for kids to cycle and for runs and walks.

It would have been nice to know how separate the tents and glamping village sides were - a gate and fence in between.
