Curtains didn't work properly and I look like something bite me every where so I don't know if the outside was cleaned properly or the pillow on there hammock thing or it's bed bugs. So not impressed by that and our privacy was ruined by someone even though there is bell to use .The trees are over gown on the prymid so u can't gaze the stars properly

Staff was super nice. The pyramid is as impressive as it looks. Breakfast is amazing as well

When the weather isn’t good (rainy), the humidity inside just won’t leave. The floors were literally wet the whole time. Also the pool outside is being warmed with coals. So it took about 7 hours for the water to be warm enough, which was too late for us. The mattress / bed is SUPER soft, it felt like I was hanging through. The AC is installed on the wall next to the bed. If we’d needed it during the night (which we didn’t), the thing would have blown straight into your face the whole night

Staying in the pyramid was a nice experience, but was unable to see the night sky and starts due to being in the middle of a forest.

The location is very out of the way and difficult to find. Dinner menu and meal was average.

Stunning! I would recommend this location to anyone. The staff was extremely friendly and the food was delicious. Beautiful views and many activities to do. I would go back any day.

We loved everything about our stay at the Pyramid. Friendly, pleasant, chatty and helpful staff all over. Food was good, exceptional service at check in and check out as well as in between our stay. We definitely going again! It is an experience and a must see.

The pyramid is fine for a one night stay, no more. The interior is poorly kept with curtains difficult to draw, wires lying on the floor and under the bed. There is noplace to leave clothes or suitcases. The toilet is separated by a small, shabby curtain. We ordered a basket of salads, meat, sausages, etc. for dinner in the barbecue. It was quite good. . The experience is ok to spend a night in the middle of the forest watching the monkeys jumping around you and even over the pyramid, but it is not worth paying that price to stay there longer. The service is quite improvable.

We ate at the restaurant when we arrived. We waited over 25 minutes for a salad and couscous with vegetables and we were the only ones in the restaurant. They brought the food and forgot the silverware. We ordered two breakfasts from what they offer for the next day, but they brought us 2 continental breakfasts which was not what we had asked for. The internet only worked for a few hours
