ZAZAThey staff were great, really did their best under the circumstances. Location was good
Serious need for maintenance is required. For the price it was ok. But the place has so much potential the tents are fine but the furnishings and beds need upgrading, really cheap ie the cupboard falling apart and the mats in the bathrooms. Pathways need new cement screed as well as the drve way. More pathway lights needed. On our last night there was a power failure/load shedding the whole day. The tents are freezing without the heaters working in winter. When we went for dinner there was only two mushroom heaters (venue open to elements) one had hardly any gas and not working properly and the other one is dangerous as it was broken. There is also no lanterns for tables so with no power it was pitch black. This is a management issue. The staff did their best with what they had to work with.

ZAZAZAThe facility was clean and easy to locate. The kitchen staff was so welcoming we even shared tears of living each other behind. The manager was welcoming. My daughter enjoyed the venue, and even the people who booked for that weekend were friendly.
Nothing at all, all in order for a tent.

ZAThe river setting is beautiful! The tent is spacious and clean. We appreciated the aircon and hot shower. The breakfast is hearty and good. We enjoyed our stay!
One or 2 small suggestions: 1. Milk instead of creamer for tea. 2. Mattress was too short for my partner, and a little worn 3. Cupboard drawers and doors were not functioning very well.
