The location is perfect, very easy to find. The cleanliness is incredible. The shower is perfect. The room was beautiful and very comfortable.

The noise in the morning threw me off. We were woken up by so much noise in the reception area, mind you this was like at 6am. The staff needs to do better or rather control the other guests. My check-in took 30 minutes because my booking.com booking was not fed through the system, which annoyed me.

The bed and service from the reception how can leave the security

There is no fridge in the room but we booked the best room, no microwave the room wasn’t cleaned for the whole weekend , when you taking a shower the water goes to the main room

I loved the area and the staff

There are no dstv chanels to watch and choose from. The place needs to upgrade to smart TV's The room I was in didn't have a bar fridge and there was no microwave to warm up our food.
