Caravan by Camber Sands 2

Conveniently close to the beach. Although small with 4 kids and very narrow beds, bit comfortable enough and nice living area.

Blockage of the drain which had an awful smell…

The caravan had plenty of room to accommodate a large group. Had a home cosy feel from the interior to the small ornaments. Located few metres from the local shop, restaurants and Entertainment Hub.

Had a small issue with one of the beds, the owner came following day to fix the issue which was brilliant!

Vaughn & Marcia have been amazing hosts. I have 3 daughters & we love coming each year to camber sands, we have been coming for 10 years now. Finding somewhere reasonably priced in the area you want , with a looked after property or caravan can be really difficult or its just really overpriced during childrens holiday seasons. However they were not to expensive they were informative throughout ,on call if needed. They have made a handbook full of useful information,supermarkets,days out , take away food etc. Beach was a 20 min walk away beautiful & sandy. Parkdean resort itself had entertainment(passes you have to buy but again not unreasonable) each night which was great to wear out children. Pedlo, swimming pool, climbing wall,( bear gryll we didnt get time to do) Laser blast is a must children vs adults or siblings vs siblings is a good way of revenge just good silly fun (we chose the nerf darts as it doesn't hurt small children my youngest is 8 )the gel ones are a bit harder. Staff in nisa supermarket so sweet &helpful, along with all the staff at the bar/arcades & restaurant’s. Asda & Tesco can deliver onsite we did this so if you need things its great. The caravan was really clean & tidy, with all the equipment you needed. They kindly left a welcome pack with a few essentials for us which was a really sweet thought. It was perfect for the 4 of us for the week it can sleep 7/8 .( we like getting bigger as children take up alot of room) They hope to oneday to own their own caravan on a site like this in camber ,as its in such a beautiful area. We will hopefully be coming next year & we will definatly love to use vaughn & Marcia again as our hosts.

Owners amazing Be warned the weather can be unpredictable, rain then hot sunshine so be prepared to go with raincoats /umbrella & suncream (definatly use launderette if needed) or bring a pop up washing line.

It was a nice caravan, Camber Sands is a beautiful beach. Contact with the owners (via WhatsApp) was nice and easy.

The first night (Sunday night) the nearby disco/ entertainment centre was quite loud and you could hear music/ the bass. I did not really mind, but my kids had trouble sleeping.

The caravan is close to central hub area

The only disadvantage about being close is hearing the party venue loud music carrying on past midnight to the earlie hours

The van was clean and everything you could ask for was there the location on sight was perfect and access to van was great the host couldn't do enough for us would definitely recommend using them we will in the future

If I had to say anything about this I would say an egg slice would have been useful

Lovely and cosy in midwinter. Close to the beach, will return again in summer to enjoy all the other park facilities.

Just to advise beds 5&6 are only adequate for kiddies. Double and other 2 singles were just fine

The caravan was about a 15-minute walk to the beach

There was only one roll of loo paper (the caravan has two toilets) and not many tea bags
