AUThe hostel itself is very pretty and has a very nice look to it. It's relatively close to the main attractions of Osh and is located very close to stores and cafes. The hostel was also social! The staff took a little while for me to warm to, but in the end they were friendly and mostly helpful. The beds are amazingly comfortable, albeit a bit challenging to get into if you're in the top bunk (I nearly fell off the narrow steps once or twice). Overall, a very enjoyable hostel experience.
Check in was a bit of an issue. They seemed to have misplaced my booking and had me wait for quite a while before the issue was fixed. Also, there really isn't much of a common space. There are three very uncomfortable chairs in the main patio area and a table tennis table tucked away to the side. Not awful by any means, but definitely could be improved.

SEClean and friendly place. Staff is friendly but maybe not so knowledgeable about stuff. Lots of other backpackers if you want to mingle.
I’m not a huge fan of the pods. Not easy to get up to the top bunk.
