GBEverything you need it there, even milk, coffee and tea! Great log burner that heats up the room and makes it cosy Great touch to have a hot tub, nice to relax.
Nothing to complain about
GBLovely welcome on arrival. Stunning views from the hut which is at the back of the field next to the pond with cute ducks! It's really enterprising what the hosts are developing at the site, adding some glamping. Well equipped cosy, really characterful pretty hut with log burner for heating, and an electric hob, microwave, cutlery, crockery, tea, coffee, milk. Comfy bed. Beautiful unspoilt village down the road with pubs. Bath is close. Hot tub looked great.
A bath mat would be useful, and an electric heater to back up the log burner in a cold snap perhaps.

The surroundings are in process! But you can tell it will be a naturally fantastic spot for a country getaway.
GBGBWe had a great stay at the shepherd's hut! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the friendly hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. The hut itself was immaculate — spotlessly clean and equipped with everything required for a cozy getaway. The log burner inside kept us warm and added to the charm, and the log-fired hot tub was a perfect touch for a relaxing soak. The site was private and well-maintained within quiet and beautiful surroundings. The highlight was the short 10-minute walk along the main road to The George pub. We enjoyed fantastic food and great hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend!

Safety: the fireplace is not safe as the handle is broken and while we stayed one if the nights the wood ( on fire) jumped out. Not comfortable : at night the Log Cabin needs electric heating as you need to keep waking up to add more wood to the fireplace if you don’t want to freeze! Showers must be very short as the hot water keeps running out m.

Only downside was the shower!
