رياض كتير حلو ومريح ،والموقع جميل. أما الافطار كان رائع

Ottimo posto, la stanza seppur piccola era pulita. Il personale è accogliente e il Riad è molto caratteristico. Buona la colazione, ma la chicca è stata l' hammam con il massaggio: bravissime le ragazze che ci hanno seguito in questa mattina di relax

The staff was incredible and so wonderful and friendly to work with. They were very hospitable.

The shower did not drain well and we had standing water in it when showering.

A nice little Riad just off the Medina in Fez. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, and they offered breakfast when you wanted it, rather than a set time - the morning I was leaving I had leave early and they still sorted breakfast for me.

Challenge to find - the address on booking.com did not take you to the Riad (via Apple Maps, but also initially an issue with google maps). Should use what3words to locate the front door to the Riad - ///season.studio.eats. I knew the room was small - and it was tight, glad I was on my own. Bathroom getting it the sink was tight (am broad shouldered, but at least it was proper size shower). My room was on ground floor off the main part of the Riad, first night some music and loud talking occurring.

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Buona posizione per visitare la Medina.

C’è stato un problema con le lenzuola che erano macchiate e lo staff è subito intervenuto per cambiare tutto secondo le nostre richieste.

The Riad is in a good location and the common areas are very pretty.

Two important things for us when choosing our Road was the breakfast and the pool, since we reserved a day on our trip just to relax. The pool didn’t have any water, we were told the next day it would be fixed and it wasn’t, until the time we left the pool still didn’t have water, which was very disappointing. The first breakfast on the first day was just bread, jams and omelette.. no iogurt and no fruit like it’s shown in the pictures. We complained and the next day was a bit better. Overall we felt we were mislead. The expectation vs reality was a bad surprise. On top of that we were given a badly stained towel and the drain in the shower don’t work at first. They took us to the wrong room opening the door to a. Room where there was a lady inside, very awkward. I do not recommend this Riad.
