HOUSE RULES • Check-in after 11 p.m: a contribution of MAD 100 is required to cover the cost of returning to her house and accompanying by cab the Governess • The Governess must have free access to the entire Riad for daily management • For safety reasons, Guests must close the wooden shutters on the terrace when they go out of the Riad • Saving energy is a priority in Morocco for cost and environmental reasons. Guests are kindly requested to turn off the air-conditioning systems when they leave their rooms. We thank you in advance SERVICES ON REQUEST • Cultural tours of the Medina with sworn guides. Excursions: Meknes/Volubilis/Chefchaouen • Candlelight dinner with traditional Moroccan menu (our selection of wines from the cellar) • Washing machine use: MAD 70 per cycle (the Governess takes care) • Using the fireplace: a contribution of MAD 150 is requested for the purchase of firewoodPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Loved this lovely riad in Fes!"

This was a beautiful riad, and we were well taken care of by Loubna. The room that we stayed in was very comfortable, with a comfy bed and space to settle in. Very thoughtful staff and a lovely stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at this location. Our host Loubna definitely went above and beyond to serve us. She was extremely hospitable and fulfilled all our requirements. She definitely needs to get a raise / bonus. I would definitely stay here again because of her hospitality.

"Outstanding quiet spacious house inside the Medina with an exceptional housekeeper"

A very spacious home with 3 bedrooms on multiple floors - where you can really spread out. The central living space with ante rooms and the multi-level terraces are big assets. The location is on a quiet narrow blind alley inside the Medina - a few minutes walk off the main strip on Talaa Sghira. There is no direct access by car - you will need a porter or carry your luggage from the nearest drop-off point - a 6/7 minutes walk. The housekeeper - Mrs Lalla Loubna - is an absolute gem. She prepared fabulous breakfasts (included), arranged and coordinated all the tours as well as prepared a very tasty Couscous dinner on request. She arranged for porter services as well and was in regular contact with us and made sure of a great vacation. Lalla Loubna is the jewel in the crown of this house. Overall - this is an all-round superstar accommodation.
