El chico de recepción súper amable con nosotras ( nos dio todas las indicaciones para ir a visitar las cosas que teníamos cerca ) Ubicación excelente

Disponibilità dell'host, ti consiglia e ti aiuta in caso di necessità per il tuo soggiorno a fez. La posizione è perfetta a pochi minuti dalla porta blu, colazione ottima marocchina. Zona conviviale dove fare colazione ok.

La nostra stanza al primo piano non era pulitissima, in particolar modo il bagno che risultava abbastanza umido e diciamo che la doccia non era stata proprio pulita bene. La porta della stanza per chiudere è da sistemare così come la tenda che stava per cadere. Abbiamo trovato due giorni di pioggia e posso capire che queste case non si prestino a determinate condizioni meteo. Ma una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli essenziali basici cambierebbe molto.

For an average price you get a large room with an en-suite private bathroom and an outstanding breakfast consisting of a wide range of traditional dishes. Having slept in many Riads during my stay in Fes, I've noticed that alternatives didn't offer such features for the same price. Although not very close to the main attractions, these are scattered throughout the Medina and can be reached exclusively through alleys which are too narrow for vehicles, meaning that quite long walks are unavoidable.

The room's only window faces the inside of the structure and not the outside.

no nos pudimos alojar, habia cucarachas bichos en las toallas y pelos en la almohada nos tuvieron que cambiar de alojamiento el cual era mejor pero tambien tenia cucarachas

I showed up with my booking and they said that they dont have a free room for us! Although I had my confirmation and went from Rabat to Fez with 4years old kid to finally found nothing and spent the day in searching where to stay! The guy on the counter asked me to cancell and that he will accept it so I wont be charged anything. But the thing is about honesty if I book I need to find my room otherwise why should we use booking anyway!
