The sink in bathroom to small and also no space to put your toiletries other than that very nice

Leigh was absolutely fantastic, he was super helpful prior to arrival helping with a mistake i had made with my booking and was lovely whilst we were there at the Hotel. We have dinner bought over to us the first night and the staff were lovely and we ate at The York the second night and the staff there were great too! Overall the customer service was truly excellent and we will definitely be back when we come through Sale again :)

The third/smallest room to our accomodation was not great, very small and unfortunately we needed to get the sheets changed and surfaces cleaned when we checked in - it was a bit like this room hadn't been used for some time, the furniture/storage unit was old and stained (the other two rooms were great!) The overall cleanliness was good, however some of the surfaces like above the fridges (which are at eye height so very visible), window sills were not clean. We had to plug some of the bedside lamps in ourselves which was a bit odd and we could see that under and to the back of the beds and bedside tables needed a detail clean as there were cobwebs and dust. Despite the comments in this section, the excellent and friendly customer service far outweighed these minor items.

Well equipped motel . Spacious room. The bar was a welcome bonus.

Staff were particularly helpful and attentive. Parking right next to our accomodation. Restaurant served good food st good price

Air conditioning was very noisy

Very nice place. Complete self-catering accommodation.

Bed too soft for adults
