Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their check-in. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or a Mastercard, and a 2% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please contact the property in advance of your stay to check the availability of pet-friendly rooms. Please note that a daily pet fee starting at $60 per night will be charged per room. Bookings from residential addresses within the Wellington Shire may not be accepted. Any bookings made without an address provided will not be confirmed until a valid ID and residential address are provided. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry on the above basis. An electric car charging point is available at the property for guests to use at AUD 40. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
