Smelly and air conditioning did not work. They replaced and still didn’t work. We left and got another room somewhere else

The absolutely worst place I have seen , 87.00 I paid for 15 minutes. There was nothing to like. Thinking about calling BBB

I booked a room for a homeless couple on behalf of my church. The manager refused to let them stay unless we agreed to cover them if they made a mess because their IDs had been stolen. I understood that, but our church wasn't willing to take on that responsibility, so we canceled the reservation. The manager at first refused a refund based on the no refund policy, but because of the circumstances, I let him know that refunding us would be the right thing to do. He agreed to the refund. One month later, and we have still not been refunded.

attentive staff, refrig and microwave in room. No frills and quite dated, but comfy and clean. A place to rest your head.

Last night couple moved in next door and was smoking so heavily (even tho it was a non-smoking room) that it wafted over to our room. Ice was $.50, no coffee, no coffee maker

There was NO breakfast!!!! The place should be condemned. The linen was full of stains and cigarette burns. Found 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. Showed them for the owner. He said they come from OUTSIDE! The towels were like rags, with stains, looked washed though.
