The staff were all very nice. They can pick you up and bring you back to the JR train station without additional fees. The room was wide and clean. The onsen were enjoyable and not crowded at night. For your information, there is no soap in your private bathroom. The only way to clean yourself is to go to the onsen where you have a variety of products.

The cushions were thin and dense, a little too hard for us.

The location was very good, easy to locate, and access. The room was perfect, Japanese style with necessary equipment. The surrounding views from the room was great, too.

I was to locate my room without any assistance of the staff. This was a bit difficult for me.

The onsen was lovely. I was the only person who was there at that time as the hotel was not busy. I enjoyed walking the grounds of the hotel in the evening. It was very pleasant.

There was no air-conditioning in the common areas of the hotel. It was so uncomfortable walking to our room, which was the furthest room from the reception.
