Beppu Kannawa Onsen HIROMIYA

Loveliest host you will ever meet, she was so happy and friendly it really made our stay really special. The place is also super cute, big room, comfortable beds, good location and needs like laundry, kitchen and small onsen are provided.

Ngôi nhà truyền thống, rất đẹp, mọi thứ gọn gàng và yên tĩnh. Chiếu tatami sạch sẽ, nệm futon tinh tươm. Tôi đặt phòng 5 người cho gia đình. Chủ nhà nhiệt tình, dễ mến,còn tặng đồ ăn sáng onirigi home made rất ngon và chúng tôi rất ấn tượng cách đối đãi của chủ nhà. Chỉ là phòng ko có nhà tắm, chỉ có toilet,do đó mình trải nghiệm nhà tắm công cộng ,onsen gần chỗ ở chỉ 2 phút đi bộ. Khu vực kanawan đáng để quay lại và sẽ ở chỗ này lần nữa.

L accueil était extraordinaire de gentillesse. nous avons eu de l aide pour une place de parking, pour réserver les onsen et des onigiris frais devant la porte le matin. Chambres spacieuses, bâtiment traditionnel dans une rue traditionnelle au cœur du quartier des onsens et a 2 pas des enfers.

別府のジモ泉巡りをしたい方には最高の宿です。 歩いて行けるお店もたくさんあります。 女将はとてもフレンドリーでいろいろ教えてくださいました。 様々な施設の割引きチケットなどもいただけます。 部屋も広い部屋を用意してくださいました。朝のおにぎりもおいしかったです。 また泊まりたい宿です。

It’s a bit old.

朝食もおにぎりを用意していただいたり、近くのおすすめスポットや回り方など丁寧に説明いただき、非常にありがたかった。場所もとてもよいので、この値段で宿泊できるのはとてもお得だと思いました。

The owner really makes you feel at home (especially if you can speak a little Japanese). She gives everyone little riceballs for breakfast every morning and leaves them at your door. The building is basically like an apartment connected to an old house. The location is walking distance from the 5 “Jigoku” attractions. The other 2, I decided to walk, which took 30 mins but you are normally supposed to ride a local bus. There are natural steam vents near the building as well which is cool.

Keep in mind, it’s a very narrow road system in this area. If you have a rental car, you need to be very careful because the roads are only as wide as your car plus a couple feet. Trying to find the proper parking spot required me to ask the owner on a rainy (low visibility) day and circle around. Building itself is older and creaky, but honestly thats part of the charm unless you’re not into that.

Everything, hostes was super friendly and super lovely lady. She helps us a lot and also prepare a small breakfast (egg and rice for free). Rooms were traditionals japanese ones.
