We stayed at Boutique Rafael Hotel in Eilat, and the experience was simply excellent. The hotel was very clean, pleasant, especially quiet, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are cozy, tidy, and clean, with towels, shampoo, soap, and all the little things that make a difference. In addition, there is a nice coffee corner in the lobby with coffee, tea, hot water, and cold water available throughout the day, which is very convenient and adds a lot to the overall experience — especially in Eilat. One of the things we loved most was how quiet it was. We barely heard anything, and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. The location is also excellent — about a 20–25 minute walk from the beach, and only around 5 minutes by car. There are also several great restaurants and cafés very close to the hotel, so you do not have to go far to find good food. Above all, the service was outstanding. Erez, who manages the place, was kind, pleasant, and available at all times. Whenever we needed anything, he took care of it immediately, and we truly felt that he cared about the guests and their experience. He also kept the hotel very clean and checked several times a day to make sure everything was okay and that nothing was missing. On our last day, there was a water pipe issue in the street, which was of course not the hotel’s fault at all. Still, Erez handled the situation amazingly. Since there was no water for about two hours until it was fixed, he offered us to stay beyond the check-out time without any pressure and simply asked us to let him know before we left. This was truly not something to take for granted, and it left us with a very positive feeling at the end of our stay. In terms of value for money, the hotel was excellent. The price was very fair considering the quality, cleanliness, service, and overall experience. In short, it is a small, clean, quiet, and pleasant hotel with excellent service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

הגענו בדקה ה90 אחרי שהתאכזבנו ממקום אחר, קבלו אותנו בזרועות פתוחות , החדר היה נקי, יפה יותר מהתמונות המיקום נהדר והשירות מושלם

החדר ממש מרווח ונקי . ארז בעל המקום מקסים והיה זמין לנו לכל דבר. המקלחת היתה מדהימה עם זרם מעולה!! יש מסעדות ממש ממש טובות במרחק של דקה מהמקום. מסעדה איטלקית, מסעדת בשרים ובית קפה מקסים. בקיצור מושלם. היה ממש ממש שווה

זה מרחק הליכה מהטיילת בערך 10-15 דקות שזה החסרון היחיד בעיני.
