The view is probably better than anywhere else in Hamar. The person who checked us in was under trained but very customer friendly, helpful and understanding, although this didn't save our overall experience.

Where do I start, the property does not provide linen, towels or cleaning. The staff is under trained so they have no idea how to check anyone in, or to check what was included. We paid extra (£20) for an early check in early by 2 hours (which ended up taking 45 mins) which kinda rendered the process pointless. Most egregiously of all they offered up one cloth with instructions to clean the toilets, showers and washbasin before a guest checked out. If the previous guests had followed it then they would have used that one cloth to clean all surfaces. Hopefully I don't have to stress how terrible that is for hygiene.
