KKR Kyoto Kuniso

Fue una buena experiencia hospedarnos en un Ryokan, sin embargo, el hotel ya está viejito. El baño terminal está excelente! El personal súper amable, siempre atendiendo con una sonrisa!

The view of the river from the room was very nice. The outdoor Onsen bath was enjoyable. The traditional tatami room was spacious.

The rooms could be refurbished.

It has a showa type charm. Really excellent staff and lovely Japanese room overlooking river and garden.

駅から離れているため、徒歩で観光してる場合は、不便です。バスは近くから出でますが、夜に出歩く際は、人通りも少ないので少し不安になります。 夜の飲食店も徒歩圏内には少ないので、当館で晩御飯食べてゆっくりするのが良いかと思います。 ベッドがスプリングが肌身に感じ、温泉の塩素によるものなのか、寝る時は肌があちこち痒くなってしまいました。 枕はカバーは洗ってありますが、枕自体が古く、加齢臭がカバーを通してして気持ち悪くなり使えず、代わりにクローゼットにある柔らかい枕に手を伸ばしたところ、黄色のシミだらけで、ゾッとしました…。また、部屋の空調なのか、止めてもずっと音がしていて、なかなか寝付けず、朝ぐったり。 温泉があるから、まだそこは良しですが、衛生面気にされる方には不向きかと思います。

Nice spot with a beautiful space and staff really occupied in creating the best experience, even though is not far from the center, options for moving around are limited

The room was clean, quiet and not too small. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I don’t speak Japanese and so it was very nice to have staff who spoke English well enough to conduct business. The indoor and outdoor Osen were clean and welcoming.

I wish there had been some English translation of the products for sale in the shop. The bed was a little firmer than my preference and there was only one pillow. I had a friend who lives and works in Japan ask for an extra pillow and was told there were no extras. I thought that it was strange that a hotel didn’t have one extra pillow.
