Don't get scammed by this place, please shop around

I booked this place for my family. I tried to reach out multiple times and got not response from the manager. I messaged the night before to see if anyone would respond. Nothing at all. I knew nothing of the place, had zero contact and felt I couldn't take my children there. When you look at other reviews online of this place you'll find what I eventually came across too, it seems a pattern of their behaviour. A non refundable booking and then money taken but nothing in terms of response from the manager. This resulted in me having to change my flights as this was our last booking of the holiday and as you can imagine, there was no other availability. Had no such problems in my other bookings. I reached out to the manager again to let them know I had to change my flights, I wouldn't be coming and could I get a partial refund as per policy, it is down to the discretion of the properties. I had a tirade of abusive messages from the manager. Incredibly personal, deeply offensive messages about me and my family. Totally unprovoked and unwarranted. I was and still am in total shock. As an experienced traveller with a family who has never had such issues before, it was a first for me. Thay being said, do shop around. As a result of this and having to look around for further accommodation we cam across the most incredible place called 'the edge' at the beachfront. Simply stunning and would have been half the price. So silver linings, but my strong advice is do not bother with the stress, shop around.

We stayed at the hilltop and private pool villas on the cliff with fabulous views of the Java Sea/Indian Ocean. Wonderful accommodation in Javanese style villas and delicious food delivered by motorbike to the villas.

It was perfect for a family holiday.

The whole resort is perfect for peaceful family vacation or surfing stay. Food is sublime! Location and views are unbelievable. Honestly I can not describe how much we enjoyed the stay. We are planing to stay again in future.

The staff are excellent. The staff learned what time I like breakfast and brought it to my room without me even asking every morning. The staff overheard me saying I like curry, so made me curry for lunch the next day. Food was excellent.
