I didn't like anything!.

I didn't like anything! This is not a hotel, its a motel. Its dirty, and rooms are not from a hotel boutique. You can hear all the noice from other rooms. You can see the shower from the bed and there was a mirror on the sealing. Cleaners clean 24/7 making loads of noice. No front desk, no restaurant. They have a menu for room service but only snacks. The room cost $21usd dollars per 6 hours. We stayed 3 nights and they didn't clean the room once.

Never cleaned my room in 3 days. Bad service

They have a lot of noise in the hotel loud music we couldn't sleep well, we can hear the voices from the other room . I complained with the staff regarding to the music and the loud of the visitors.

Stop people drinking in the hotel or be quiet and have respect for the rest of the people stay there. They have guys there or party going on, but it was very unrespected to others.

the room was lovely, well furnished and everything, was just lacking certain amenities but all in all great hotel.

the staff were terrible, they tried kicking me out 2 hours before my check out, then tried to charge me because family members showed up to drop my luggage to me, was all a miscomm because i asked front desk if there was gonna be an upcharge for guests and she said no then tried to lie and charge me, then caught a terrible attitude, then when i asked to speak to the manager or someone in charge she tried to act like she was the manager and was just extremely rude and demanding, her name was samantha. maribel checked me in smoothly the night before. loved her.
