"Maybe a bit too budget."

Good location near artesian baths. Was able to accommodate a boat trailer. Staff very helpful. My bed was comfy.

Room was still wet from cleaning when we checked in at ~3:30pm. Extraction fan in bathroom was noisy. Room fit out just a bit tired and towels not fluffy.

The property owner stayed up for our late arrival and was very helpful with an easy early departure the following morning.

The shower head needs replacing. Beautiful hot water, but hits you like needles. A few little outdated things but otherwise really good value for money.
