Idiotic explanation of the poor directions given of the way to the beach and a vague knowledge of where to put dog poo bags.

A beautiful complex of stone cottages all very well maintained and laid out within a beautifully manicured landscape. Additional facilities on site included a spa, swimming pool and safe play area for the children. Pets welcome. Cottage were spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. Comfortable beds. Easily accessibel and convenient to Tenby amd local amenities and tourist attractions. Probably the most striking feature was the silence at night - perfect location if you are in the need of peace and quiet. For a group of two couples it was ideal and good value for money.

The wi-fi was very unreliable but this seemed to be a common feature throughout this area of Wales. Not really a complaint but a BBQ area was provided but was extremely distant from the accommodation (200 - 250m) which was not very convenient for carrying food, plates, utensils, etc. Car parking was a bit limited given that we did not visitduring peak season.

In a great location not too far from the beach although a walk up the hill, very close to golf course, dog friendly and came with all the essentials needed such as dishwashing tablets! Clean and tidy! With swimming pool onsite, staff friendly and very accommodating. This is our second visit and will come back again

Not a dislike but A hot tub would be a nice addition but no reflection on property still lovely place to stay

The location and setting of the studio complex was excellent

Poor WiFi. No shower gel. Lack of sufficient clothes storage. No condiments. Gym needs an upgrade. Lots of creaking old machinery. Reception staff member somewhat rude and challenging. Swimming pool very tatty with loose steps and cracked tiles. Cleaning. Lots of cobwebs and dust. My dog found an old biscuit under the sofa. Damp patches on walls, with paint flaking off. Rusty old radiators (and some with mould) which hadn't received a lick of paint for years by the look of things. Neighbours playing loud techno music until 2AM. There is clearly no security or night staff to stop this. It's not my place to go wading in. Insufficient toilet rolls for a family of 6. This would suggest that apartment room services are virtually non-existent. Site shop. Buyer beware. Prices are extortionate. 4-pint of milk almost double the price of supermarkets. I guess that's what happens when you have a captive audience, but there's no way I'm paying nearly a tenner for 4 x 330ml bottles of Peroni. In short, a complete waste of money. Beautiful views of the beach can't mask the defects of this tired resort. It needs a complete overhaul and update.
