America's Value Inn

Was not impressed. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Bathroom extremely hot from bad insulation. No coffee maker as advertised. Stayed at Value Inn Lebanon MS. previously and thought it was great and try another one of their properties. Not even close. Will not try another.

This is just your lowest level motel. Place is pretty rundown, but clean. It's situated very close to the highway so you hear a lot of noise. The various rooms are located around a field, with a parking spot in front of each room. It needs to be said that the desk clerk was friendly, but the rest was slightly eerie. Several broken down cars covered in dust and work missing parts were parked here and there. Not a soul to be seen anywhere though. My stay was perfect nevertheless, so if you just need to sleep its perfectly okay if you don't have any high expectations and know how the dead bolt works. Talking about beds; this one was heavenly. There are probably places that offer better value for the money. I wouldn't know.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were newly updated. 100% recommend best value in all of Tulsa. I will start coming here twice a month when I stay in Tulsa totally worth it safe clean all newly updated. Nice hot shower. It’s like the Holiday Inn Inn just doesn’t have breakfast, but that’s OK. You save over $100 staying somewhere else so this is your best value for your buck kid friendly has pending and ice machine and again the staff is just so amazing.

Filthy. Hair everywhere- bedding, floors, bed. There was a bug in my shower when I woke up.
