Quand j'ai réservé une chambre (douche + toilettes) pour deux nuitées sur booking.com, le prix affiché était de 40 € mais quand je me suis présenté à l'hôtel, il m'a appliqué le prix de 60 € soi-disant que les toilettes n'étaient pas comprises dans le prix initial.

حجزت في نزل العفاف مسبقًا. عند الوصول، فوجئت بأن الفندق ممتلئ وبقيت الشارع، وهو أمر غير مقبول. بعد ذلك رجعت للفندق، لكن الغرفة التي حصلت عليها كانت بدون مرحاض أو حمام، أي مجرد غرفة بسرير فقط. طلبت تغيير الغرفة إلى غرفة بمرافق أساسية مع دفع مبلغ إضافي، لكن طلبِي تم رفضه بشكل قاطع وكان التعامل معي غير محترم من قبل الموظفين، مع الكلام بصوت مرتفع واستخدام كلمات سيئة. الخدمة بشكل عام سيئة جدًا، والمرافق ضعيفة جدًا، وعدم احترام الضيوف أمر يجب أخذه بعين الاعتبار.
