Hôtel Napoléon

Affordable an extremely clean hotel, worth time and distance to travel to and from Ottawa. Will stay in this hotel again if ever travel back to Ottawa.

Very comfortable bed. Receptionist very helpful - where to walk, restaurants…

The people we were travelling and I both received a call around 11pm that woke us up. They asked when we were checking in I told them we had checked in and in bed and hung up the phone. The people we were travelling were told there was a problem with there card and had insufficient funds and to give the card information again. Since I had prepaid the total bill hung up. I had prepaid the total bill for the two rooms they did not use their cards at all. It made us very uncomfortable thinking someone had access to our information.

Chambre très propre, bel accueil, lit confortable, manque d’insonorisation.

L'accueil, le service #1... Très propre. A proximité de l'autoroute, dans la chambre aucun bruit.
