Hôtel Napoléon

Announced I would check in late (22:30), accepted by the hotel. No one at the reception, called the number posted, I'm told (on 3rd attempt) to get the key card from a box next to a side door. I find the box but it's locked. Call back the number and after some useless discussion, finally get the code to open the box. I would of understood if I was the one later than their close hour (posted 23:00) and if I had been provided with the info that took 5 calls to a bad answering service. I might book again, it's too convenient for me, but I'll make sure I show up earlier.

The hotel just recently renovated...everything is pretty new. I like the beds, I slept like a baby during night. The price is unbeatable, I'll visit again for sure.

Everything! Comfy, quiet modern, and very clean. Stuff was very friendly. Loved it. Definitely we will stay again.
