Shaden Resort Al Ula, Managed by Accor

The place is beautiful. Staff are very accomodating, from the receptionist Malak, shuttle driver ganesh.. and even to the waitress in their restaurant Hazel and Charice. They even have sky cinema. It was such a good experience. I will definely come back

Overall everything was perfect and the entire staff was friendly , some minor improvements in the housekeeping processes might be required ....

It’s one of those famous luxury hotels that you see on the social media but with a fair price. People are so nice!! Reception, pool, restaurant, transfer… everyone was really really nice. De room is beautiful, big and the bed is so comfortable. I’ll be back for sure

الموقع جداً ممتاز عشت أجواء خيالية ومناظر خلابة والخدمة اروع مايمكن والموظفين جداً تعاملهم لبق ومحترمين الله يسعدهم ويوفقهم 🤍

الأسرة كانت صغيرة ما استطعت اخذ راحتي بالنوم ، لا شاحن للجوال في عدة اماكن فقط منطقة وحدة ، الجلسة الخارجية لا يوجد خصوصية اتمنى وضع حواجز بين الغرف للجلسات الخارجية

La posizione era perfetta e il panorama incredibile.

La manutenzione non mi ha soddisfatto. La struttura può essere tenuta meglio anche in termini di pulizia delle camere.
