the staff at the reception helped a lot: eg. cuisine advice, sightseeing tips, public transport card charging and so on, above all, sharing views of kaz culture and history ...

not all staff could speak english - only one young receptionist guy can communicate in english

Last year i stayed during my holiday break. And now for another holiday break, though there are new staff's working, they are good and hospitable as the ones before. That's why i love staying here in Caps lock, it's because people that are working are friendly and all areas are clean and well maintained.
