Very nice property, comfortable great views

The amount of stairs to get to the condo were a bit of a challenge for me due to having psoriatic arthritis. Cell service before connecting to the wi-fi was also a minus.

The view and the peace and quiet and very secluded

SHOWER BROKE ! HEATER BROKE ! BED SLATES SLID AND MADE THE BED COLLAPSE JUST SITTING ON IT ! WE HAD TO PULL THE MATTRESS OFF AND RE-ADJUST BED SLATES. ALL I WANTED WAS TO NOT WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING AND HAVE A ROMANTIC VALENTINES DAY WITH MY FIANCÉ BUT NOPE! INSTEAD, WE WENT TO THE JACUZZI THAT WASN’T EVEN HOT ! IT WAS BARELY WARM ENOUGH, ONLY STAYED IN IT FOR 3-5 MINUTES. WE WENT BACK TO TAKE A HOT SHOWER AS IT WAS A COLD NIGHT AND THE BREEZE FROM GETTING OUT OF A SEMI COLD JACUZZI WAS AWFUL! WE RAN UP 10 FLIGHT OF STAIRS, (THAT’S ANOTHER THING, IT DIDN’T HAVE AN ELEVATOR), GOT TO VILLA,TURNED ON SHOWER, EXCITED ABOUT TAKING A HOT STEAMY SHOWER SINCE WE WERE BOTH FREEZING, AND THE LEVER TO TURN ON SHOWER HEAD DIDN’T WORK! SPENT 45 MINS MESSING WITH IT WHILE MY FIANCÉ AND I BOTH STOOD SOPPING WET AND COLD. WE PROCEEDED TO SQUEEZE OURSELVES INTO A TIGHT, TINY BATHTUB, WHICH TOOK 30 MINS TO FILL UP, TO WARM UP. WE GOT OUT STILL COLD AND VERY FRUSTRATED AND ANNOYED. WE TOLD THE OWNER, LAMONT, ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE AND LEFT IT UP TO HIM AS TO WHAT TYPE OF REIMBURSEMENT HE THOUGHT SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR THE INCONVENIENCES AND HE TOTALLY IGNORED US AFTER CONTACTING HIM THE MORNING OF CHECK OUT. WE WERE TOLD LATER IN THE AFTERNOON THAT WE SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO ASK FOR SPACE HEATERS AND THAT HE KNEW THE FURNACE HEATER DID NOT WORK BUT EACH ROOM STILL HAD A THERMOSTAT ON EACH WALL. HIS FIRST RESPONSE WAS THE FURNACE TAKES 1-1.5 HOURS TO HEAT UP THE VILLA! WE LEFT FOR DINNER EXPECTING OUR VILLA TO BE WARM AND COZY WHEN WE RETURNED BUT NOPE WAS STILL COLD AFTER SPENDING 3-4 HOURS IN TOWN FOR DINNER AND SPENDING A NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN. SO WHICH IS IT, IT HAS A FURNACE THAT TAKES TIME TO HEAT UP OR YOU NEED SPACE HEATERS? NOT TO MENTION WE RECEIVED A FAKE VIDEO OF THE SHOWER SUDDENLY WORKING FROM STAFF AND LAMONT SAID HE WOULD GO SEE FOR HIMSELF AS WELL.

When we got there the cleaning staff were still there playing loud music. The damp towels along with a wet hand towel were piled up on the bed. I mentioned to the staff member she told me “No , they’re clean and dry” They put hand soap instead of dish detergent in the kitchen. It looked like that they didn’t even change the sheets… We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. I called Veronica and texted her , she never responded. The house and the view were wonderful though. It was very good that the cart was included.

The property manager was great to work with. Had problems with original room but was happy with the outcome due to the manager.

Building a 6 to 8-levelMany visitors are condo without an elevator is insane.

View and golf cart. Simple, functional and clean. it’s all you need.
