Guests expecting to arrive after 22:00 are requested to contact the property in advance with their estimated time of arrival. NO PET POLICY: For the convenience of our guests and in an effort to provide the cleanest allergy free accommodations, pets are not permitted in the rooms or on the premises. If a pet is discovered in the rooms or on the premises, a cleaning fee of $400 will be charged to the guest's credit card. The guest will be asked to leave without a refund. Registered Service Animals (defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, with the task directly related to the individual’s disability), under ADA regulations, are the exclusion--PRIOR NOTIFICATION IS REQUIRED. Please understand that Emotional support animals are considered pets. Pets may not be left unattended in vehicles. The following rules are in place: Guests with Service Dogs are responsible to pick up after their dog and dispose of pet waste in the exterior garbage cans. Any dog waste left on the property constitutes “damage” and damage fees apply. If Service Dog defecates or urinates on carpets, guests will be responsible for costs associated with professional carpet cleaning. If Service Dog causes any other damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for repair costs. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
