Great location and rather spacious room (or boat).

Check in is a little confusing especially if you can't speak German because the boat is not staffed. The ceiling of the boat is low but its a boat so can't expect too much...

Location and equipment is perfect.

Welcome instructions, including how to find the key, should be more specifically described in English. When arriving, one should already know there is no parking space in the neighbourhood and that the key is hidden in a safe hidden in a board on the side... My only contact was a woman who spoke only German. Until another man took over, but the woman was still speaking together with him... so it took me quite a while before I understood their instructions. And then again another while before I got the code right. It was pouring icy rain and my suitcase was soaked. Why not sending all that information into SMS? and in english for foreigners...
