The attendant was nice

The shower head did not work and the water was lukewarm

Great location and friendly staff

This place looks like a motel straight out of the 60's, but delivers style, service, cleanliness, and comfort to match leading worldwide chains of today. The physical structure is and looks old, but the staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms have been nicely re-decorated and are spotlessly and meticulously clean. And everything works well! For $90 in downtown Denver, this place is tough to beat. We'll be using it again, whenever we're visiting the area.

There was nothing that crosses my mind as a problem or need.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on site. When I checked in, the man at the front just left me there waiting to take care of something else.

Clean, pleasant room. Windows that open wide. Strong plumbing and water pressure. Good cable TV. Mini fridge and microwave. Good location. Family business.

Pillows too huge and puffy and uncomfortable.

The furnishings were outdated and the bed was uncomfortable and a bit lumpy. There was an odor that seemed old and stale.

It was clean.

Very old property. Front door and bathroom door were both "sticking," resulting in noise when opened and closed. The property is facing Colorado Blvd., which also results in a lot of noise. Although we had a non-smoking room, the sheets had burn holes in them.

Good location, wifi access.

Other lodgers were very noisy, even past midnight.
