No ice and the tv was poor

Staff was great. Comfortable bed and sofa, all appliances worked, clean room and bathroom, no stairs, parking was well lit up at night.

The owner came to the room 2x to fix the ac/heat unit and remote/tv pretty fast. He was nice enough Did have wifi

Said they would put us away from other people then they had 3 rooms in a row right next to each other.The rest of the motel was empty. It was filthy. The chair and loveseat were so dirty I put a towel over chair before I sat down. Avoided loveseat altogether. Cost 20 extra for a cleaning fee for my dog. I wouldn't have minded so much had it started out clean. No water pressure in shower. Tub drains very slow, so water backs up. Ac/heater unit didn't work. Owner checked breaker, got it on and proceeded to tell us how to use it. Keep it at 71 and not over 80 on low. Or it will throw the breaker . There were power surges .The heater turned off even though it wasn't any warmer. No coffee maker, no amenities at all other than wifi and 6 channels on tv. This room cost me $88. Took 20 minutes to check in even though I had reserved and paid already. When checking out he tried to charge me 78 on my card, (made me pay cash for the dog fee)said the room is 70 a night. Omg!!! 30 may be fair only because of how expensive everywhere is. All this with no option to cancel or modify or I'd have to pay the cost of the room anyway. This motel in my opinion is the absolute worst in Clovis. Bar none. I'll never go there again. A horrific waste of money , I've never felt buyers remorse quite like this before. I took video. They are misrepresented on booking.com.

right next to a busy train yard that goes all night long, to include the loud horns. They charged a $20 pet fee but the clerk told me I had to pay with cash and then he put it in his pocket.
