"Poor quality cheaper motel with low standards."

Reasonably priced. Close to destination.

Low end quality motel. Weird Odor in check-in lobby. Bath towels had holes and should have been trash.

"A no frills clean room if you need a quick stay visiting small Texas towns near Dublin."

Close to restaurants and to our destination near DeLeon.

We just needed an overnight stay at a reasonable price. This is a no frills room so if you are looking for updated environment you might be disappointed. The plumbing fixtures were new and the room was clean and everything was in working order so we were satisfied.
