Everything.... burn mark on desk TV was screwed up heater didn't work no soap and no towels was overcharged twice this is the 2nd worse hotel in joplin all owned by same family econo lodge is way better and laquinta

I pretty much didn’t care for anything about the property.

The room was filthy. There was so much greasy dust on everything, I wouldn’t even walk on the floor without my boots on.

The staff was super rude. The room was a smoking room and we asked for non smoking in our special request we told them we had two pets coming asked if that was ok they said yes when we checked in with both pets and it was a different price then what my reservation was set for.
