The location, very accessible to MoA - when we visited it was for NYE celebration, so we had an easy time going to the unit after the fireworks in MoA, even though it was 1am and taxi/grab car was scarce, since wit was just walking distance. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk with, no frizz. The place is quiet and peaceful and safe and secure. Perfect for families.

Perhaps an additional sofa bed in the living room, although the host did provide an extra mattress for our son, but a thicker sofa bed would’ve been better.
