GBIt's our 3rd time now staying here and I have to say I love it everything we come. It's clean and cosy and perfect for our needs.
Nothing other than the cabin bathroom window wouldn't open as there was a sign up saying not to open. Which was very warm. But other than that great.

The caravan was very stinky and dirty

The steps into cabin were not stable and only one railing.

GBVery quiet if you want some down time and across from a park were we could let our girls play king William pub 10 min drive food was amazing and staff were friendly with an open fire with proper cooked meals
Fire had no remote and wouldn't work manually communication was poor was cold even with heating on smells a bit musty things that could be sorted to make it a pleasant stay email confirmation about pin to get in came a day after.

GBGBThe location was lovely and the site was well maintained with a lovely bar a brisk 5 minute walk away from the property but they only serve food up to 6pm. The property itself had everything you could need and was great for the very brief time we had there. The cooking and showering facilities were really good. Everything was included- plates, cutlery, glasses, microwave, fridge. And the property was exceptionally clean and in a lovely quiet spot on the site. The teen and I would definitely stay again.
If staying more than a couple of nights I think we would have appreciated comfier pillows - seems a little trivial and it’s certainly not a dealbreaker but the pillows were rather flat and hard. Also we couldn’t figure out how to operate the fire so it would have been helpful for an instruction guide for heating, fire etc.

Bedroom’s stank of vile cigarettes. Couldn’t sleep it was so strong. Fire didn’t work. States towels in property on ad - 1 tiny hand towel, buried at the back of the site, bobbly bedding made it very difficult to sleep a few other things, was ok but not great
