Le fait de dormir dans une bulle. Le personnel a fait de son mieux pour combler les manquements.

On paie la vue mais il y a eu des manquements. J'avais réservé un massage dans notre bulle pour faire une surprise à mon mari mais ils avaient oublié, donc j'ai dû révéler la surprise à mon mari. Ils nous ont offert le repas mais la déception était là. Ils dépendent d'un restaurant dans le village. On demande des boissons, il n'y a plus. Un milkshake il n'y a plus Cocktail pas possible. Donc ça fait cher au vu des prestations.

Prachtige locatie in Munduk. Ontzettende leuke glamping. ‘s Avonds nog even met Sami en de eigenaar rond het kampvuur gezeten. Alles was er, zelfs een föhn! Absolute aanrader!

I highly recommend this place, the staff were truely amazing and I lacked for nothing.

Everything about my stay at Moondock was a wonderful experience. From the moment I checked in, Manager Korry and Sammy were helpful and attentive to my every need. The mountain facing room was a perfect escape after a busy trip to Ubud. The Scandinavian style igloo reminded me very much of a previous trip to Finland, but even better! The bed and pillows were luxurious. I also loved the outdoor bathtub and accompanying candles. They arranged transportation for me from and back to Ubud, plus a boat tour to Lovina, and various trips to local places. I was offered delicious meals prepared and delivered at any time of day that I wanted, even on the nyepi holiday, a kind service that went above and beyond expectations. Everything was easy and relaxed. I could conveniently make all the payments for my extra activities by card at the end of the stay. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a response from the business account and they made wonderful recommendations for me throughout my time. The hospitality that was provided to me was one of the best experiences I've ever had in any of my travels. Sammy was especially kind and full of interesting information about Balinese culture. Thank you Korry for creating this truly luxurious experience. I will certainly be back.

Sammy was awesome! Amazing view from the moon bubble and bathtub! Staff was great. Lovely nature with a few incredible casual and romantic restaurants nearby. We got engaged here!

Better dinner options would be nice Maybe an air filter so the bubble didnt smell plasticky. Otherwise, lovely stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in the mountains. The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush nature and breathtaking views. The peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax, slow down, and enjoy the beauty of Bali. Special thanks to Sammy, for his kindness and for making guests feel so valued. It was a wonderful experience!!! Highly recommended this place!

The location is magical. I’d stay there longer, but I couldn’t work from there. This is a place for couple and honeymoon vibe, or for those who want to disconnect.

Internet was very weak and every-time it rains Internet disconnects (it rains most of times). I work and for me it is essential.

I had a wonderful stay at Moondock Luxury Camp. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, the views and location were fantastic, and the food was excellent. There are also many hiking trails nearby, making it easy to explore the surrounding area without needing to book a guide.
