Central Motel Mudgee

I had no face to face interactions with staff, only a phone call. However everything proceeded smoothly. Everything was clean and well-organised. The bed felt a bit old and the support a little soft, though not saggy - you should consider replacing it soon, but it was just acceptable and I slept ok.

The bed mattress and base needed to be firmer and more supportive. Smokers nearby outside the window meant that some odour was present in the room. It didn't both me, but might have put another person off. The room is quite small, but manageable.

It was somewhat dirty , I actually had the clean the bedside cupboards , doors had dirty hands marks on them from people grabbing the slide doors , bathroom really small has to get dressed in the bedroom .

Size of room, stairs external, holes in walls, leaking toilet, noisy floor boards, security doors left open, worn carpet.
