Expérience inoubliable à Casa Nemo où nous avons été accueillis par une équipe au top, d'une extrême gentillesse et avec un sens du service qu'on ne trouve que très rarement. Tout le monde s'est littéralement plié en 4 pour nous rendre le séjour agréable anticipant nos besoins et ceux de notre petite de 3 ans (choyée comme une princesse). Ainsi, nous remercions chaleureusement et tout particulièrement Junie, adorable, et son équipe. Merci également à Brata qui s'occupe avec brio du spa et délivre des soins de super qualité. L'établissement est vraiment chouette avec sa petite crique magnifique (à l'extrémité de Sumur Tiga) où le snorkeling est un régal. Les chambres situées dans un très beau jardin sont vraiment très agréables. Le restaurant est top (avec un petit déj exceptionnel) et s'est adapté à nos besoins durant cette période de ramadan. Les espaces communs sont également confortables, le tout étant décoré avec goût. Bref, un vrai coup de coeur d'où il est difficile de partir et où on a hâte de revenir ! I’ve stayed at Casanemo a few times, and it’s always a place I return to for the atmosphere and wonderful sense of hospitality. Each visit has been enjoyable, but this most recent stay turned out to be especially memorable for an unexpected reason. Unfortunately, my daughter experienced food poisoning after having the mac and cheese. It felt like sheer bad luck, as we’ve dined there many times before without any issues. What truly stood out, however, was how Junie and the team responded. They were incredibly attentive and caring—preparing a special bowl of bubur for her and consistently checking in to make sure we were okay. She was unwell for just one night, and after a quick visit to the hospital, she recovered well. Throughout it all, the team’s genuine concern left a lasting impression on us. Casanemo continues to be a place that offers everything you need to truly unwind—delicious food, a relaxing spa, beautiful natural surroundings, and a stunning beach. It’s the kind of place where you can slow down and reconnect, and despite this hiccup, we would gladly return again.
