"The location is great, but in our opinion, the room was not worth the price paid."

The location is within walking distance to the uptown area and the staff was friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

The room was small, outdated, with little to no amenities. There is potential for a fantastic view, but it is a little overgrown and not well landscaped. Mold or moisture issues observed in bathroom and shower. The outside furniture was extremely dirty and had to be cleaned before using. Many 'hairs' observed on the sheets and in the bathroom upon check-in. The host was very friendly and did immediately provide an iron and ironing board upon request, although the iron was very dusty and dirty when received.

The stay was fantastic. The view was a dream to wake up to. Becky was amazing. I felt at home away from home. I look forward to going back again.
