I got a very spacious room with a double bed, a Jacuzzi, and a TV with many domestic and international channels. It's also very quiet at night. There is no breakfast but with a free coupon for McDonald near by. The staff is efficient and friendly.

This is a motel, and as one might expect, even though they've made a real effort to keep it clean, there are still quite a few traces of age. For example, the comforter has several cigarette burns. What really caught me off guard was seeing a huge dead cockroach on the floor as soon as I walked in. Then, while I was resting on the bed, I was horrified to notice a large huntsman spider slowly crawling down the wall nearby. I figured it probably killed the cockroach after the room service (it is impossible to overlook it) and before my entrance, but hadn’t had a chance to eat it yet. I left the huntsman spider alone without trying to hunt it. To be frank, if you’re not familiar with huntsman spiders—they're generally afraid of humans—if you didn’t know that, you’d probably be too scared to sleep.
