64 Southfield - Skipsea Sands

Clean and bright. Outdoor seating wasn't the best needs replacing. Found out after speaking to people on the site , we paid a lot more than most ...£60 to £80 per night seemed to be average for similar facilities. My niece booked through airbnb ...beautiful lodge ...3 nights ..cheaper than what we paid ! I've used booking.com many times ...think I'll be looking on airbnb on future for prices

Gate on the decking broken...not good if you've toddlers staying. Would've thought the decking would've gone round to where the French doors are at the back ...instead it was a large drop !? Lots of sunshine there.

Lovely caravan, has everything you need to have a comfortable stay.would definitely stay again, close to the entertainment centre

Unfortunately the WiFi didn't work but that isn't the owners fault

The caravan was excellent. Warm and comfortable and well equipped. Skipsea Sands is great for families with young children. Plenty to do and all within easy reach of this caravan.

Nothing to dislike.

Wonderful caravan, perfect location would not hesitate to recommend, I had 2 teenagers with me and we were visiting family local so this was the perfect base kept the boys entertained in the down time. Beach literally down the road plenty of food and entertainment on site. Van was perfect everything you would need for a comfortable holiday

Liked having creature comforts like the games console and air fryer. Liked the lights on the veranda and the furniture on the veranda was a nice touch. Was decorated very nicely had a homey feel to it

The oven didn't want to stay alight and there was a smell of dog.

Lovely clean caravan in a fantastic location on the site.

Maybe a clothes airer would have been the only thing I think I needed but didn't have.

Beautiful caravan with lots of added extras. We had an amazing week. Very comfortable with great amenities. Thankyou!

Lovely caravan on a quiet park (but that was most likely because schools were not off). Great facilities and lovely outdoor deck to sit in the sun

Not the property’s fault but due to coastal erosion you can no longer access the beach from this area.

Did the job of providing sleeping accomodation

Stank of air freshners so badly our own cloths and bedding still smell on returning home. Fridge on the floor and hard to gain access to for an older or disabled person. Terrible to find, owner should have helped prior to arrival.
