Some small things that really not bothering me.

I cannot overstate the excellent time we had at this holiday village. The staff were exceptional - friendly, helpful, and proactive. The restaurant there has the most beautiful pizzas and French fries, among other things. Breakfast options are very reasonable - coffees and pastry choices. The houses are immaculately clean, and the entire property is maintained daily and to very high standards. It's so clean. The pool is beautiful - deep, but has a small kiddie section, and is patrolled by a very nice lifeguard. The pool bar offers nice snacks and treats. The property also offers a very clean toilet, and shower, options outside of the accommodations, tennis/soccer/volleyball astro court, archery, hammocks, two playgrounds, table tennis, communal pizza ovens, laundry facilities, and the very best entertainment (provided by Emedue Animazione - our children still speak of, and dance to, the music they heard with Giovanni and Melissa in particular as they spent most time with them). Emedue offered all sorts of entertainment to children and had the most admirable approach and attitude to welcome and settle children on a daily basis. They are amazing at what they do!! The beach is 100m (across the road, and a buggy ride down is available by the property owners if you wish!), and there are excellent grocery markets within minutes by car. Really nice. Vieste is also a 10min drive, and is well worth a visit at any time (bearing in mind the siesta slot which seems to run from 13.-00 - 16.00). Old town Vieste is a must-visit; the charm and beauty is remarkable!

The accommodation is so clean, but basic for families travelling by plane i.e. there is no kettle/oven, minimalistic cooking utensils, no wine glasses etc so cooking options are limited. I realise that families travelling inland could bring all of these things with them but it wasn't an option for us.

Could have been a bit better furnished with basic stuff (dish soap, salt, etc)
