Hogans Motel

Location is great. It's quiet being away from the road and behind the Hotel. It's also a short walk to many nearby cafes and restaurants - if being unable to reserve a place at the on site Bistro. Plenty of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cereals and milk in the room. Vouchers for coffee from the on site bakery (Pretty Sally's) and bar drink vouchers for use in Hogan's Hotel were great too.

It was difficult to open the electric jug that was in my room. When I was able to open the electric jug, it was then difficult to fill from the tap in the sink. I solved the problem by filling the electric jug one cup at a time - I'm not sure if this was the Motel's intention.

Clean with good clean bedding and linen . Television and air conditioning were great as well!

I loved the size of the rooms they are massive, I also love the location close to everything, check out is easy.

It was very confusing on working out where to check in I think that a sign like the one outside pointing to where it is should also be put inside the lobby point towards the door where you check in because it is easy to miss. I also did not like that I was not told that I was on the second level and that there is no lift to get to the second level and I recently had surgery on my spine and I shouldn't be lifting anything over 5kg so lifting my suitcase up and down the stairs, was not ideal. I also didn't like the shower being in the bath as the bath is super high so stepping in and out was hard for me as I have short legs.

Overpriced especially for a thursday butts everywhere out the back discusting and I’m a smoker supply ashtrays chair in room was old and worn looks like not cared for I stayed when it first open was beautiful looks like nothin has happened since I would stay again but not for that price I’ve stayed heaps better and cheaper

It was handy to our wedding location on Sunday. It was in walking distance. No need to drive, enjoyed a beer or two on the day,
