Beautiful, traditional ryokan in Yuzawa-machi. The hosts were a delight, and the room was super cute. The onsite onsens were so lovely, and it was located close to the main road.

This is absolutely no fault of the hotel, but please be aware that staying in a traditional ryokan is not the most comfortable experience! Sleeping on a thin futon on tatami mats is not for the faint hearted.

The onsen is a gem, while an older building everything is kept in immaculate condition. The staff was even kind enough to drive me to the station as it was raining heavily at my departure - the distance is close enough to make it in about 10 minutes on foot as well though.

This place was such a nice stay we definitely recommend it the facilities were very clean the staff were very friendly and hospitable, they even let us keep our luggage there while we attended Fuji rock festival. We would definitely stay here again!

It's a beautiful ryokan with very friendly owners and staff and near wonderfull waterfalls. Very good Japanese breakfast and lovely onsen.

Maybe I overlooked, but I got only one towel? But minor thing, very much enjoyed my stay and would stay again.
