Bivouac ZAGORA

Our host was incredibly welcoming, kind and informative. We had the pleasure of staying at this camp for an evening and wished we had stayed for longer! We were provided a delicious dinner and in the evening a fire was lit and we enjoyed music from the locals and the other guests. They also provide a quad biking experience which you definitely should not miss, absolutely great vibes

It was easy to find and accessible with our car. Staff was easily reachable and very attentive.

Great place, friendly berbers, Nice tents. We bought quads for 1 hr at the sunset - what a great fun! Morning sunrise is very beautiful. They made a fire and played for us. Hot water and good food. Great place to stay.

The camp was amazing. Despite the rugged and rocky landscape around Zagora, there are plenty of smooth dunes around the camp where you can get a (controlled) feel of the desert - as well as snap some killer photos with the Anti-Atlas mountains in the background. The tents are comfortable and despite it being February and a bit cold (10°C) we slept well under the blankets provided. We were served tea and got to experience some local music sung by our berber hosts around a campfire. There was also dinner available for 10 euro but we did not need it; it looked delicious and plentiful however. Breakfast was also served when we requested it (very early) and it was also very filling. The bathrooms looked better than some hotel toilets I've seen in big cities. We even had showers with warm water. Overall it was well worth every euro. I recommend this to anyone wishing to have an experience, not just an accomodation. Just make sure to arrange for transport beforehand; we found a certain Monsieur Ali in Zagora to help us with a return journey. Keep in mind only Grand Taxis can go to the camp; petit taxis cannot leave Zagora.

They treated us very well , we brought meet for a barbecue, thinking that we would have one, but they cook everything for us. Also, they introduce people inviting them to drink a tee, and all the guest have the opportunity to know each other. We were unlikely, as everyone spoke in French, and we could not communicate with them too much , but everyone was super nice.

It's not a desert... a bit disappointed, and they do not accept cards, activities are expensive, and we have been struggling to pay all the amount.
